Implementation of human development policy in health sector in decentralization perspective

The high case of malaria and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) in Indonesia is resolved by government the Republic through human development policies health sector. This policy implemented Indonesian program with family approach. One goals approaches a disease control. was descriptive qualitative research to describe implementation sector approach confirm obstacles intended policy. results showed that communication factor carried out socialization focus group discussion. disposition providing technical support form regulations intensive provision personnel. bureaucratic structure indicated division tasks functions each organization involved. resource becomes an obstacle implementation. Lack staff budget are reasons does not run optimally.
